Tapes!
So I have some tapes and music that you may or may not like. But the best part is you'll never know if you don't check it out. All this stuff is cheap, so whats the worst that can happen? I bet the worst thing that will happen is you'll think I'm a jerk, and slant your eyebrows inward like in the comics and think I'm a no talent hack taking up valuable space in the world of talented musicians. And.. you'd be right..
Vomit The Entrail of Christ / (best of) The Fuck Farts / Smashcore 3-way-split! $2/trade
Here are three amazing bands all together one one tape. That way we can save resources and I can cram more music onto a tape for you. VTEOC is a noise/shit-core band from Chicago that I played guitar in. 13 songs of dentist drill sludge. The Fuck Farts were an amazing punk band from Chicago that I was also involved in. There are about 8-10 songs here, depending on how you define "song".. Finally, Smashcore is a one man project (me) doing everything at once, playing drums, guitar and screaming lyrircs. Five songs total. Add that up with your calculator or slide rule and you realize how much music I'm trying to sell you for such a stupid low price and you're bound to order it! Each tape is hand made (copied) by me with my room mates stereo and comes with an insert, sticker, and a nice note from me!
Contra: North Side Demo $1/trade
Contra was a three peice foamcore band from Chicago's north side. Six songs total, randing in subject from aliens, food, the zoo, and the irony of the northwest side. It's home made punk, baked at 176 degrees Celcius in the oven, and then glazed with a lemon pepper vinagrette, and then served on a bed of wild rice, which really isn't rice at all.
Shame 'n Scandal - Social at a Distance! $2/trade
Shame N Scandal are from Oulu, Finland and I adore them. They play really good, catchy foot tapping punk rock with thought provoking lyrics. They're not as dumb as the other stuff listed above. This is the kind of music you actually want to put on your girl/boyfriends mix tape. They sing in English, and you can't even tell they're from Finland - until you look at their website and realize all their gigs are in Finland. I really like this band a lot.

I can't describe it, so I will have the musician do it in his own words... "...This release was recorded in the toilet of the apartment where I used to live in Iisalmi just the weekend before I moved away from there. I played all the instruments which were my good old guitar, my good old bass guitar and the toiletseat (as drums). Everything recorded through a distortion pedal plus finally mixed through a distortion pedal too... "
